Spooky Little Girl Ratings & Reviews
Tom & Lorenzo
Tom Fitzgerald and Lorenzo Marquez
Trying to tell a haunted house story over an entire television season doesn't even seem to make much sense on the face of it, let alone trying to continue the story over several seasons.
Birth.Movies.Death.
Meredith Borders
The episode was mostly fun (although absurdly written as ever) and action packed, with plenty of Glascow grins, gore, sex, and hilariously overwrought lines from Lange and Frances Conroy as Moira.
TV Fanatic
Matt Richenthal
Never have sex with a man in a rubber suit unless you are 100% sure of his identity. Remember that, kids.
We Got This Covered
Christian Law
Although still a good episode, it wasn't as interesting or fast paced as the last few have been.
IGN Movies

I liked the whole "Room of Tears" tale (which is an actual room) that Billie told to Constance, but I'm still left wondering if the inclusion of Rosemary's Baby-type elements on this show will be a welcome fit..

Big questions this week, and big answers.
Collider
Dave Trumbore
Sure, we have a fairly predictable central arc, but the way the writers weave real life celebrity murders and pseudo-history into the narrative makes each episode enjoyable and unique.
Entertainment Weekly

I happen to love "messy" and "sprawling," and I can roll with the crazy storytelling turns, because they keep nourishing the show with rich themes and outrageous fun.
Den of Geek
Ron Hogan
American Horror Story is one of the weirdest, most wonderful shows on television. It's not going to make you smarter, but you'll have a great time being dumb right alongside the Harmons.
AV Club
Emily VanDerWerff
There's not really a character arc here so much as an actor just hitting a series of marks laid out with masking tape.
