Stan believes that Roger's personas are getting in the way of spending time with the family. Roger argues that this personas are valuable to the city of Langley Falls and that the city will fall apart without him. Roger overworks himself and develops a tumor which requires emergency surgery. While Roger is recovering, he asks Stan to cover the various ridiculous shifts of his personas.
