A story about love and loss. David is a happily married man who owns an up and coming vineyard. Luciana is a young immigrant girl on the verge of womanhood who, along with her father, is deported back to Mexico. Years later, tragedy brings David and Luciana together but everything seems against them. Loyalties are tested, hate and jealousy abound, as the vineyard's workers live their lives and strive for the success of the vineyard.
