Koen and Ronnie get called in for a prostitute that has fainted. Her pimp doesn't want to let her be taken to hospital, as she is an illegal. The council member wants to force Col. Halleux to fire Tiene by cutting his budget. Marcel gets a note from Paulien, the woman he helped save in episode 1, that expresses more than just gratitude.
