ADHD is the result of a complex interaction between a specific environment and a more sensitive child than others. It is more than just a lack of attention, with its accompanying low self-esteem or escape from intimacy and a hectic lifestyle. But if its causes are known, it can be treated. This does not mean that the journey is that easy. But it begins with knowledge, with dealing with oneself with curiosity and acceptance, not with shame and escaping from understanding it.
