From maintaining happiness, to dealing with anxiety, addiction and stress, our Aunts and Uncles will be asked to reveal their mental weaknesses as well as their techniques for overcoming them. This is not a show that deals with crippling disorders. Instead, it looks at how we get out of bed every morning – our tricks for being successful, how to get back up after a fall, and affirmations for staying on track.
