Public prosecutor reveals K.D. Pathak that he went to jail to explain his Brother and not to pressurize him later, K.D.Pathak proves in the court that I.M. Jaiswal was present in the dock way. Amber Agnihotri's Doctor admits that he checked Yash's health at 10 A.M before going on the boat and a heating argument takes place between I.M. Jaiswal and K.D.Pathak as K.D.Pathak was trying to prove that I. M. Jaiswal traveled in the boat whereas I.M. Jaiswal strictly disagrees to admit that he was present in the boat. Court orders I. M. Jaiswal to collect more strong evidence. Varun succeeds in collecting information about Purab Mehra. Sunaina who was having an affair with Amber 's step Brother Purab Mehra gets a huge shock as she comes to know that Purab is already married.
