Hodge Podge gets a hold of the Action Mobile and modifies up so that he can control it with a large remote control. This causes Meltman, who has just gotten his driver's license, to be berated by the Action League for his terrible driving. But once The Chief takes the driver’s seat, the League begins realizing that it may not have, in fact, been Meltman who was controlling the vehicle so badly.
(Final appearance of Hodge Podge. His last lines were "Why don't these things work on big cars?! Darn it. Aaaahhh...!!!" before getting hit and he screams as he flies to pieces... for good this time.)
