Regina attempts, albeit unsuccessfully, to become the mistress of the estate. Sarah informs René that she will always love him. Jack proposes to Carolyn. Elizabeth leaves Ash Park, determined to discover who her true self really is. Due to the recommissioning of the series, this episode features the original cliffhanger ending, setting up the third season.
