The rules are strict: One hour, three secret ingredients and 2 courses.
Leaders must improvise with often unrecognized ingredients in a very short period, under the eye of a group of spectators who sometimes applaud or sometimes distract the contestants, all in the authentic setting of a restaurant with the style and atmosphere of a nightclub.
