A Cook on the Wild Side

Season 1

Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall would travel along the canals of the UK, indulging in local cuisines using naturally sourced ingredients. He would meet locals who would shed light on the history of the ingredients and culture of that area, whilst showing off his culinary skills with improvised equipment. A great watch and very informative. A programme to make one appreciate our country even more.
