Scott McGinnis is an American actor and director. He has appeared in both films and television. McGinnis is best known by Star Trek fans as "Mr. Adventure" in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, where his character worked with Cdr. Uhura in the Old City Station transporter room. His character stated that he wanted some action and later received it when Uhura forced him into the closet at gunpoint.
