Peraḥ-Bar Miniely is an Israeli actress. She started doing commercials as a child actor until she got the role of Noga Lazar in the new seasons of the successful series Kofiko (2009-2013). Since, Bar has played a variety of roles in film and television, as well as several plays at the Gesher Theater. Bar graduated from the Thelma Yellin National High School of the Arts and is a film student at the Sam Spiegel Film School. Her mother is actress Ariella Miniely.
