Paul Troutman is an Oak Island researcher from Maine that assists treasure hunters from Oak Island Tours, Inc. Prior to Paul's work on the island, his father James Troutman had also worked on the island with Dan Blankenship and Robert Dunfield in 1965, prior to the Triton Alliance period. In addition to his current work at Oak Island, Paul operates the website Oakislandbook.com, an historical account of the treasure hunt during his father's time on the island.
