Kōzō Kusuba was a Japanese anime screenwriter and director. He joined Tokyo Movie in 1971, which he left in 1981 and joined Nippon Animation. After that, he was in charge of the mid-to-late works of the World Masterpiece Theater series. He became freelance in 2004 and worked on many storyboards and direction on Doraemon.
