Joel Swetow (Born December 30th, 1951) is an American character actor who has nearly 80 credits to his name in film, television and video games. He is perhaps best known as Mr. Brown, the right hand man of Hugo Snyder, the main villain in the 1992 Martial Arts cult classic, the 3 ninjas. He has appeared on the hit tv series Charmed (1998) and played several roles in the Star Trek Franchise.
