Joseph "Joe" Nocera is an American business journalist, author, and podcaster. He has written for The New York Times since April 2005, writing for the editorial page from 2011 to 2015, and has authored multiple books. In 2019, he wrote/hosted the podcast series 'The Shrink Next Door' about his former neighbor, psychiatrist Isaac Herschkopf, which was adapted into an Apple TV+ limited series in 2021.
