Jack Carr was born on May 17, 1906 in Bayonne, New Jersey, USA as Frank Carr. He was an actor and animator at MGM. He provided the voice for the Looney Tunes character Buddy. He is also known for his work on M Squad (1957), Seven Guns to Mesa (1958) and The Tuttles of Tahiti (1942). He died on February 2, 1967 in Calexico, California, USA.
