Gilberto Torres is a Brazilian actor and presenter, he went to Rio de Janeiro where he studied Performing Arts at the University of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO). He produced his first show in the early 90s, Macário (Álvares de Azevedo). Over the years, he has staged The 7 Kittens (Nelson Rodrigues), Longa Jornada Noite Adentro (Eugene O'Neill), The Last Days of Nijinsky (based on his diaries), Spring Awakening (Frank Wedekind), The Little Book of Lost Emotions (Marcelo Albuquerque) - 2019, among others. In advertising, he participated in numerous campaigns, such as Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Fundação Roberto Marinho, Urna Eletrônica, Banco Bradesco, Caixa Econômica, among others. In cinema, he acted in A Fronteira (USA/Brazil), Zico, Xuxa em Sonho de Menina and Amor Assombrado - 2019.
