Atalo is a very flirtatious shoemaker and despite having his wife who apart from being a prostitute reproaches him for the misery in which she lives, he pursues Bertha, who works in a clothing store on one side. She is disappointed because he is flirtatious with other women but finally Atalo shows her sincere interest and announces that they are getting married.
