Greedy and Dre are lifelong best friends who do everything together. When Greedy discovers he is pre diabetic he talks Dre into joining his brothers gym to get in shape and meet ladies. At the gym they run into an old school rival, Santiago and through a series of unfortunate events they wind up in a workout competition against Santiago and his perfectly sculpted team. With the odds stacked against them, they decide to push through and aim to beat Santiago once and for all.
