A city cop is assigned to solve a bizarre set of violent murders where it appears that the victims were killed by animals. In his pursuit he learns of an Indian legend about wolf spirits.
Pretty decent police procedural, with werewolves (or shapeshifters or whatever)!
Albert Finney is great as a rumpled detective, and Gregory Hines is fun as a coroner with a sense of humour.
I did not care for the “negative image” effect on steadicam wolfen POV shots, however.
