Where to Watch Wolf Creek 2
- JakeysFebruary 3, 2026Pretty disappointing drop in quality from the classic first. The original has a kind of authenticity that feels lacking in this movie, replaced by more generic action and gory stuff. I don't reckon the original would have stooped low enough to repaint an Aussie police car in an American police livery either, surely some kind of misguided note from a studio higher up to appeal better to American audiences.
- Kevin WardJuly 1, 2025The sequel turns up the torture porn and cranks up the mean spirits even more, as the film stands firmly planted in Mick’s corner without much actual empathy for his victims. A gruesome beheading stands out among the kills. And you might even learn a little bit of Aussie history. This is a blast despite the mean spirits. Mick is just such a fun character.
- ርልዪረFebruary 1, 2025For me,this is a 4 star film that made a good sequel, but was never likely to live up to the first. That said,i would be very happy to watch it again, the main character is played well once again. We pick up as the maniac,Mick, makes it clear he doesn't like people bothering him,as 2 annoying cops get on his wrong side only to regret it. So it opens up having us aware Mick is just as crazy as ever. From there,we get a young German couple who encroach on his turf, one of these unfortunate victims leads on to the what becomes the main story of the film,as a guy who just wants to help out is soon playing a vicious game of cat and mouse. So we have the poor victim trying to outrun and outsmart Mick.
