This adventure film based on true events features honor and courage in the faces of danger and tragedy. Jeff Bridges, in an excellent performance as captain of the Albatross, and Ridley Scott's directorial hand guide us through a memorable and haunting voyage, literally and figuratively. Good movie with excellent cinematography.
