Where the Boys Are
Directed by Hy AverbackFour college coeds, travel to Fort Lauderdale for their Easter week of Spring Break, and become involved in a series of adventures and misadventures.
- Charles LondonMarch 12, 2025The title implies this movie is a remake of the classic 1960 film of the same name, you know, the one that invented the teen beach-comedy. Don't be fooled. The producers of this seemingly unrelated picture apparently sought to invoke memories of the original when they branded it with the familiar name, made a cover of the title song, and touted it as an updated (R-rated) version. With a better script, it may have worked. No offense to Lisa Hartman, but Connie Francis, where are you?
