The London State Secretary Richard Willey stays in a hotel with his lover Jennifer for an extramarital rendezvous. Little does he know that his wife Pamela and her lover George have chosen the same place to have a romp. Wall and wall, the adultery is now to be carried out - of course, there will be turbulence! With extraordinary talent, Richard invents excuses, lies as if in print and gets into incredible trouble in the process. A bizarre situation chases the next and the sinful State Secretary has to prove more and more to be an artist in the field of lies. As a true politician and long-suffering husband, however, this is not a big challenge for him.
