Adolé, Cecilia, Kristina and Sarah are four modern women: strong, intelligent and very unique. In spring 2013 they take the decision to participate in a beginner's program for the upcoming triathlon in Hamburg. Together they experience twelve exciting, funny, but especially exhausting weeks, which not only set their bodies in motion. The closer the event comes, the bigger gets the anticipation and the fear. The biggest challenge however, is the conquest of their inner resistances.
