White Chocolate is a rookie police officer assigned to hunt down famous drug trafficker Jimmy Vanilla. Charlie Vargas is an officer whose partner was killed by Vanilla. Together the two team up on a wild journey to apprehend the drive trafficker that takes them through a world of black magic.
