History has always interfered with Mária's search for happiness. Her first husband, Halász, proves his point with two slaps in the face in an argument, and Mária immediately wants a divorce. A few years later, the party will question Mária for her divorce, but then Comrade Bor comes to her aid and eventually marries the pretty woman.
