- Kevin WardJuly 1, 2025A self-directed retrospective of Tom Green’s career. The cultural zeitgeist that his show created when he landed on MTV was pretty wild. Pretty fun look back. This being self-directed I was expecting him to play with the form a bit perhaps Weird Al biopic style, but that wasn’t the case. It’s a pretty straight forward retrospective. You do see a lot of the seeds of where current internet culture may have been planted. Such a wildly irreverent character and cultural moment.
