"The Wacky World of Dr. Morgus" was a 1962 horror/comedy movie that tells the tale of a psychopathic scientist, Doctor Morgus, assisted by his silent assistant Chopsley, who invents a machine that breaks down human molecular structures in a sand like substances, and is then able to reassemble them. Things get crazy when foreign enemy agents steal the Doctor's machine.
