The Shape of Water Ratings & Reviews
- NickJune 26, 2025Elisa is more or less a severely deformed fish. She meets her one true love and her real form is “unveiled”
- stuhannafordMay 10, 2025Extraordinary. Packed full of metaphor for those with an eye for such things. A tale of humanity for those that simply want to be moved and entertained in equal measure. As is so often the case with a Del Toro film, the wonder and fantasy grabs the attention of your eyes, whilst the mind has all the good, and bad, of what makes us human, reflected back at you.
- RyezooFebruary 14, 2025Post oscars revisit. I did enjoy this a smidge more. Maybe the second viewing helped me overcome the 🐟👉🏼👌🏼. The score will again be stuck in my mind and the craftsmanship by Del Toro is magnificent. Even though I was rooting for Nolan I am totally okay with him winning and I glad I own this goregous film in 4K
