The Return of the Living Dead Ratings & Reviews
- Pissed Off PapaJune 28, 2025This was the second zombie movie I ever watched, as a kid I tried to watch night of the living dead, but it scared the shit out of a 12 y.o. kid back then. My first one was DAWN OF THE LIVING DEAD, I was 15 and watched this with my brother in law and my sis, at the midnight movies which was a theater next door to the mall, we came out at 2 am and we scared the crap out of my sister over and over walking home. Now at 59 I still love watching this movie, I lost track on how many times it has been but I remember alot of the lines. This is a DON'T miss movie and the dawn of the dead ORIGINAL 1978 also great. - Carlos IbarraJuly 24, 2025The Return of the Living Dead is one of the greatest horror comedies ever made. It's a raucous, punk-rock infused ride that blends genuine scares with hilarious practical effects and quotable dialogue. From the iconic "brains!" chant to the memorable character designs, it's just an all-around great party movie for all cult film lovers.
- Scott SmithJuly 3, 2025The best punk rock zombie comedy ever made! I've loved this movie ever since seeing it in the theater when it first came out. I rewatch it often...usually on July 3rd, at 5:30 PM Eastern Time. Favorite line: "Typical Army f**k up." Ha ha ha!
