- TomVader2025年12月25日The animation is weird and hard to get past, but the bigger issue is the characters. Like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, they're all designed to be annoying — but at least that story makes them pay for it. Here, nobody really gets their comeuppance. The poor kid keeps getting screwed over the whole movie, and by the end nothing is really resolved. For a Christmas movie, it's surprisingly depressing. If I never see it again, I'm OK with that.

Have you ever had that feeling that something was just really, really off? Well, this movie encapsulates that feeling more than I could describe in words. Get ready for mind-blowing, chillingly uncomfortable scenes and actions from poorly rendered CGI characters, a vast array of Tom Hanks' astonishing voice overs, and adolescent characters consistently making ridiculously poor decisions that would normally lead to a fatal end. I bumped my initial rating of half a star to one star thanks for the mesmerizing 3D-eqsue scenes that made me feel as if I was enjoying a thrilling ride at one of the top theme parks in the world (no really, I did actually enjoy those).
- ርልዪረ2025年11月10日🚂👨✈️🎅🏻🎁🎟️ This film was a glorious explosion of the hope and Wonder that fills the memories of the Christmas of Olde. It was a well-detailed, innovative, thought-provoking piece that reminded me of the magnificence of belief in childhood ideals. The characters were well-fleshed-out and very easy to "know". The animation was amazingly detailed and very life-like. The musical numbers and side pieces (especially on the train roof) brought some very effective morality and life lessons to the superb computer animation, giving it that "touch" of humanity. We all need to hold a piece of the fragile innocence rekindled in this film near to our hearts and spread that unbridled, child-like joy in the simple things in life to remind us of the good we all carry within us.
