António Rosa Casaco, disguised as a pink jacket, holds a high position in the investigative services of authoritarian country. Numerous wiretaps, tortures and kidnappings of political opponents are conducted everyday. Commanding the PIDE brigade, he also organizes the assassination of general Humberto Delgado.
