The Penthouse
Directed by Massimiliano CerchiA couple purchases the condo of their dreams overlooking the ocean. The boaters, who dock in the shadow of their high-rise, jokingly become their neighbors. When watching the comings and goings of one particular boater becomes more than a nosy quirk, the couple find their lives tossed upside down by someone they should have just left alone.
