- RyezooFebruary 20, 2025Didn't know what to expect going in. The atmosphere this movie is able to create is great. I felt as if I too were inside the musty halls of that mansion. Absolutely loved the lighting and cinematography in this. Nicole Kidman was excellent in this. The movie was intense and suspenseful throughout and I really liked the twists! I didn't see multiple coming!! It's really freaking dark when you think about the ending and that's one of my knicks against it. Still a good horror that's worth the watch, with great rewatch ability after learning all the film's secrets!
