The matter in which our main characters go about their duties is exemplary, to say the least. Amidst the Gore and debauchery, there is genuine tenderness. Unceasing intrigue keeps me on the edge of my seat, breathing silently so as not to miss anything. The gore returns to remind us that this is a physical assault on the senses as well as a psychological war on our minds, as is not just what we see but also what we think and presume to be.
