The Last Starfighter Ratings & Reviews
- RichardSeptember 29, 2025I still remember renting The Last Starfighter, that chunky VHS tape with the worn label and the promise of adventure. I didn’t know what to expect, but once I hit play, I was gone. The minutes disappeared in a blur of arcade lights, starships and the kind of earnest sci-fi magic that only the '80s could deliver. Sure, it borrows from Star Wars and the plot isn’t exactly unpredictable. But it’s got soul. It’s got humor. Watching it again now, I still feel that VHS glow even if the CGI is very dated compared to today
- GrimeFiVideoJuly 23, 2025A classic, feel-good, sci-fi adventure. Lots of fun.
- Just_JohnnyJune 11, 2025Underrated feel good film of the 80s that spawned a screamo band named The Kodan Armada.
