- Mister ArnFebruary 13, 2026“The Land That Time Forgot” (2025) updates a familiar story for modern audiences, but it doesn’t improve on earlier versions. The visual effects are undeniably more polished, and the creatures look more convincing than before. Still, that slickness comes at a cost; the handmade charm of the older adaptations is missing. As a straightforward adventure, it works, but given the choice, I’d revisit the 1974 version.
