The Land of Rain Trees
Directed by Yoshishige MiyakeSearching for a novel he read, remembered and wondered about Nobuyuki finds it is missing and goes online to read about it. There he discovers a website, and its writer, who has deep thoughts about the novel. He e-mails the webmaster on a whim and they begin corresponding. This leads him to meet the woman who runs the website in-person, but things do not go well at first. Then he sets out to change her.
