De jaren '80. Studente Samantha Hughes krijgt een baan als oppasser en moet oppassen tijdens een maansverduistering. In eerste instantie lijkt het een normaal klusje, maar langzamerhand begint ze te ontdekken dat haar cliënten, die haar hebben ingehuurd, een gruwelijk geheim verbergen; ze willen de onschuldige Samantha gebruiken bij één van hun bizarre, satanistische rituelen.

    Movie is 80% a girl wandering around a house, but damn is the entire movie tense as hell. I’m not sure I took a breath the entire time.

    Has a few scares but is rather boring the rest of the time.

    The first time I saw this movie when it was on cable I thought I was watching a movie actually filmed in the late 70's or early 80's. I looked it up after the credits and was blown away by how well they did with that look. The movie itself is just ok.

    Slowly paced and fairly good amount of “I knew it” moments. But very well done and a great job of capturing the feeling of the era. I’d say worth a watch for anyone interested.
