Synopsis: The year is 2033. Medical records are stored in a chip in individual's wrists. This provides them with health care throughout Canada. All medical procedures, appointments and prescriptions are covered by the government since the year 2030 when they first implemented the chip. Ray Macintosh a statistics Canada discovers today potential problem that could change everything.
