The Curse of Frankenstein

Peter Cushing is great as the cold and obsessed Baron Frankenstein, and Christopher Lee makes a creepy, tragic creature, even if he doesn’t get much to do. The sets and costumes look great, and the film has a cool Gothic vibe. It’s a bit slow in parts, and the monster isn’t as memorable as some other versions, but it’s still a fun and important horror movie. Worth watching if you like classic monsters with a bit more edge.
