Mr Blobby, a man dressed in a pink and yellow plastic suit, falls over regularly in a series of sketches. The adventures are extended versions from those seen on 'Noel's House Party', and sees the spotty one dressed as a superhero, a bellboy, a secret agent, a traffic warden and a busker.
