Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
Directed by Jonathan MostowIt's been 10 years since John Connor saved Earth from Judgment Day, and he's now living under the radar, steering clear of using anything Skynet can trace. That is, until he encounters T-X, a robotic assassin ordered to finish what T-1000 started. Good thing Connor's former nemesis, the Terminator, is back to aid the now-adult Connor … just like he promised.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines Ratings & Reviews
- tsamp21d agoI was about 6 when the first Terminator came out. Saw it on VHS, when my dad rented it. Terrified me, naturally. But made me a lifelong fan, too. This movie doesn’t disappoint for a single minute. The terror is there. The ridiculously-endearing slap-stick humor of Arnold. And good grief, the crane scene that Arnold paid for out of his own pockets (3-million I think) to demolish a city block. YES!!!!!
- 匚卂尺ㄥMarch 24, 2025I liked Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines I thought it was good not best but It's good. Like cast did great on their role like Arnold Schwarzenegger is still awesome as Terminator as always and I like he was being different type of Terminator, Kristanna Loken was great as T-X and I thought TX was a great villain, Nick Stahl was good as John Connor, Claire Danes was great as Kate Brewster, I enjoyed Earl Boen as Dr. Silberman again, I did really liked David Andrews as Robert Brewster, I did liked Mark Famiglietti as Scott Petersen even throe he had less screen time but he was still great in that role, and rest cast did good on their roles, actions scenes were great like cars chase scenes and fight between Terminator and TX were really cool just like Terminator/T-800 vs T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day but I still find fight between Terminator/T-800 vs T-1000 to be more awesome, I did really like opening when John narrating like I really like the part we see army of Terminators in future, storytelling was good, I did really like Terminator's sacrifice when he defeated TX, music was great, visual effects were really great, and ending when villains won and when John Connor narrating and becomes leader of Resistance was heartbreaking moment. But problems I had with this movies was that I did not like torn down violence even though it's rated R but it kinda felt like PG-13, I did not plot how this movies was similar to Terminator 2: Judgement Day, I did like relationship between John and Kate but I kind of feel like their relationship could of been more development along with some of new characters, I did not like they made John Connor being little miserable and like he was a nobody, I hate they killed off Shara Connor off screen, I did not like the campy scenes, I also really did not like like how they made Terminator act like human, there were some confusing scenes and I hate they ruin perfect ending of Terminator 2: Judgement Day. But this movie is decent I still feel like this movie was unnecessary sequel but it was still good at least and I give it 7/10.
- GBWestDecember 15, 2024I really liked this movie when it came out, and watching through now I can see the things I really liked (Kristina Loken as the TX; The story progressing into that future nightmarish dreamscape by the end; and, the action is fun). I can also better see some missed opportunities. Earlier in the film the T-800 knocks down the TX and tells the storyline characters, "She'll be back." Unfortunately the T-800 has a heroes moment in the last seventeen minutes of the film with a very hopeful piece of here dialogue that gets over shadowed by his earlier comment. "I'm back" should have been a big heroe moment, and even I missed it until later rewatchings.
