Not the best, not the worst of the series, but at least you get what you’re expecting. The twist doesn’t need a zoom sight to spot, and the overall storyline is pretty standard fare. However, for a movie called Sniper, and the fifth at that, it’s extraordinary that the effect of a sniper bullet to the shoulder is not entirely authentic. Not once, not twice, but three times is more than a little careless. However, if you were looking for realism and gritty war based drama, you probably aren’t bingeing the box set in any case. Continues the franchise Legacy of meh.
