    The sharks go international. London, Rome, Tokyo, no city is safe. The plot is nonsense, but the globe trotting gimmick keeps it fresh. Cameos pile up and the franchise fully embraces its meme status. Streaming this felt like a travelogue gone wrong. It’s dumb fun and it knows it.
