An elderly former president grapples with vivid nightmares and lucid dreams of someone attempting to kill him. Is he delusional— suffering from some sort of dementia or is someone actually out to get him…you’ll NEVER guess. I sometimes wonder who these kinds of “straight to video” movies are made for. Like, who watches these outside if the insane Razzie completionists out there?
