- macaronzApril 30, 2026Just watched the Indonesian horror film A Thousand Days. I had a hard time finding good subtitles, so I missed some of the finer details, the story was still easy to follow and quite engaging. The film features some really effective jump scares that kept me on edge. I’m not usually a huge fan of Indonesian horror, but I actually liked this one. It follows three girls hired to care for a possessed girl in a remote jungle a classic setup that leads to a tense survival story. It's simple but well-executed.
